This is a picture I was commissioned to do as a birthday present.

The client wanted monotones, and we agreed that charcoals on paper would give the best result.

With commissions I keep in touch with the client sending work in progress photos to ensure they are happy with my interpretation of their wishes.

I am so pleased that my client and her family are very happy with the finished painting.
